Dubai is changing slowly

Nearly 20 years have passed since the discovery of oil. Dubai had not changed significantly in terms of its layout. Diera coastline has been recovered and Dubai's road network extended to include Al Garhoud Bridge. Dubai Airport still has only one runway but Port Rashid has established and expanded. Diera and Dubai have not expanded much beyond their 1970 boundaries.
